As a newly formed non-profit organization we were looking for guidance on how to best prepare to qualify for potential grants. We partnered with Dr. Aaron Smith, Workplace Readiness Solutions, who was instrumental in helping us gain a better understanding of what was required. Additionally, Dr. Smith provided us with insight and recommendations on how to best tell our story. He shared his knowledge, experience, as well as resources to provide us with a good footing on which we could continue to build. I am happy to say that just recently, we were able to advance deeper into a grant process. His support was definitely a factor in this accomplishment.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Smith. He is highly skilled in his craft and maintains professionalism at all times. He is pleasant to work with as he understands the importance of diversity which made me feel very comfortable as an African American woman.
