Hi Katherine, I am broken hearted to hear your critiques. Unfortunately, since there is no last name attached to your account, I can't speak to your issues directly, but I will say that I do indeed take parent concerns very seriously.I make it a priority to listen to our students and parents, and I would never want anyone on our staff to be perceived as rude, especially myself! I am so very sorry that we made you feel anything less than valued. As to class sizes and prices raising; we add a teachers's assistant to any class that hits 12 children or more (per the Virginia state teacher/student ratio requirements) and our students get a lot of hands on attention. We have raised prices twice in the last 5 years to try to keep up with the current economy, and hate to do so, but have no choice when the cost of doing business is also out of control. I would have welcomed a conversation with you at anytime to discuss your concerns, and still would at this point, but I am glad to hear that you have found a studio that fits you better and wish you nothing but the best.
