Creative Carpet Repair Chesapeake

It seems that the website leads me to believe that Steve Gordon is the carpet repair technician and owner in my area in Virginia. We called to have him come out to give an estimate. There is no Steve Gordon @ the Creative Carpet repair company that I called. The woman I spoke to said she didn’t know him and I said he’s listed as the owner? She then stated that he has been gone for over 2 years. Which is it? You do not know him or he’s been gone for 2 years? Based on the information I gathered it seems it’s a franchise who has deceptive business practices. His image is used and I have no doubt he is great at this craft but if it’s franchised they should state as much. Because of that we are going with another company.

Steve came out yesterday to clean 3 rooms for me. Then I tacked on our throw rugs, our couch, a chair...and he tackled all of it professionally and did a fantastic job. Steve arrived on time, was very courteous, and I thought offered an excellent price. Sorry we kept you so long, Steve, but we will definitely call again!
