Cost me a bunch of money on a mistake made by them, even confirmed by real mechanic... and poor poor customer service

Worst customer service I've ever seen for an oil change. Went in because of a coupon for an oil change and left with a "dented and cracked oil pan". Went to another place to have my oil changed and turns out that "dent" was actually the shape of the oil pan straight from the honda factory which they claimed they had tons of 09 honda civics come in, but obviously have no idea what they look like underneath. hmm.. seems like they have no experience and because they took off the rubber gasket cover they tightened it so much that they cracked the oil pan right by where they were working... then, scratched the oil pan in a separate location with what looks like maybe a screwdriver, and claim thats where the oil was leaking from even though we have pictures of it coming from the location they caused... if the car was leaking oil at the rate it is now, the car would be overheating and the emergency lights would have come on... be warned, just because there's a coupon or any sort of deal that makes it seem worthwhile, take it somewhere where a professional can take a look at your car. and on top of all of this, I had to wait and wait even after they showed me the crack after working on my car, and spent an extra 30-45 minutes after they were done just waiting for my keys we had to take it to a real mechanic at the cost of over 500 to us, out of our pocket... now its a 600 dollar oil change, thanks sears for ruining a store I loved shopping at

Have a 3 year alignment service plan purchased in march 2013 system lost it said fine charge me again need a alignment... Said take 1.5 hours to do we will call you... 2.5 hours later come to check after no call. Was told my car was too low to align... Haha bull.... You have been doing all my alignments for the last 3 years and its always been low... What a waste of my time!
