Rooter-Man

Horrible customer service. Set up an appointment on Monday for Friday from 1-4. Get a reminder call on Thursday for my appointment on Friday. Then receive a call on Friday at 3:12 saying they wouldn’t be able to make it out and they don’t recall setting up an appointment for me on Monday. The response I received was “we remember none of that but we can have someone there on Tuesday.”

I am very pleased with the service I received from Rooter-man. A pipe juncture broke, I came home to a flooded basement, water gushing in. Rooter-man came out that evening and repaired. Shane was professional, knowledgeable, capable, and quick; answered all my questions. I strongly recommend Shane and Rooter-man.

Rooterman has done service on my home a few times! Ben was great when he pumped the septic! Shane came out and installed a toilet and new shower system that works flawlessly. They also installed new bathroom faucets. Very organized and clean. Were on time when they said they would be and dependable! Definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.

Wow!! What fantastic service. The receptionist was extremely helpful on the phone and Shane was dispatched promptly to diagnose and fix the problem in about 90mins.
