Dr. Harpin is a life saver! I had seen a different doctor for a scratched cornea that unfortunately got worse over the following day. Dr. Harpin was able to fit me into his schedule and went above and beyond to provide the care that I needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who asks.

Dr Harpin was terrific and I really appreciated all of the staff that helped me with my glasses. Also, when I decided to make an exchange of one pair within 30 days, they could not have been nicer. No issue choosing another frame. They have an excellent selection of glasses and great service all around!

Dr. Crouch was fantastic! One of the best eye appointments Ive had. He made the visit stress free and personable. I brought my frames in and was able to order new lenses with my new prescription with Latoyas help. In and out visit!

Dr. Harpin and his team are awesome, hands down! Every time I leave this office I'm reminded what great customer service looks like. This is exceedingly true as I feel like customer service across the board is at an all time low, and most medical/dental/vision feels like a cattle call. At this office you'll feel like a real person. I always feel heard and respected and know I'll walk out with all my questions answered. Dr. Harpin is extremely knowledgable and great at what he does, in addition to being very kind. His staff are also extremely knowledgeable and kind. They have always been able to work with me to explain any insurance ins and outs and to make sure what I'm getting is tailored to fit my needs (fit/cost). They have gone above and beyond to make sure I have a good experience, feel good in my eyewear, and make the most of my vision insurance. Hats off to you all!
