I have the z1 with battery pack. It is lighter than my home c-pap. It does not take up as much suitcase room as my home machine. I particularly like that I can use it on long flights at night. I have even used it at home during power outages. Very nice small machine..

I bought the Z1 Auto after using the original Z1 for a couple of years. I prefer the Z1 Auto. I love it's size and weight. Not quite as quiet as the ResMed CPAP machines, but darn close. Wonderful for travel. Skip the case, though. It lacks a band on the outside for slipping over luggage handles.

I use it on trips. Packs easily into small space, The mask is bigger then the unit itself. The unit feels like it breath with you making it easy. The battery works good to and if you find a solar pack that can charge it it's great for camping.

A good investment. I purchased the Z1 more than a year ago for a trip to Europe because I was tired of schlepping my other cpap machine through airports. I was concerned about the noise issue that I had read in other reviews. The first time I tried it, I noticed that it was noisier than my other cpap machine but I fell asleep in less than a minute and the small increase in noise has never been a problem. I use it any time I travel. In the last year, I have probably used it 50-60 nights. It does exactly what I hoped it would do and I wake up as refreshed as if I were using my more cumbersome machine at home. It packs neatly in my carry-on suitcase or backpack.
