A family member was seen at this office in October 2023 for an assessment, after being referred there by the primary care doctor. As of today, March 21, 2024, neither the primary care doctor nor our family member has received any information regarding that visit. I tried calling the office again today and, after selecting the option to ask a question of a nurse or doctor, there was no answer and no voicemail message. This is pathetic. But I wont stop trying. My family member deserves better than this.

Eye clinic has extremely poor scheduling!! Have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, out of 3 appointments, the doctors always seem to have an emergency requiring a 2 or 3 hour wait. All of their paperwork insists that you have to be 15 minutes early

I use to love this place and called to check if they had sent my eye test to Richmond the I couldn't hear her that good when I ask her what she said she got mad and hollerd at me she said she didn't have a manager there she definitely didn't need to be in customer service or needs to be retrained I have been coming there for 23 years and have never been done that way I don't even holler at my puppy like that will tell others about my experience and hope you can do better in this future
