Absolutely love this food truck! After moving to the C'Ville area a few years ago from Austin, my family was missing the food truck scene like crazy. To make it more difficult, I am a vegetarian and try to eat as clean as possible while my husband is an carnivore to his last dying breath. Farmacy is able to satisfy both of us and yes, we keep going back for more. My favorite is the vegan burrito with the mild salsa while my husband loves their tacos, he prefers the Mexican as that's the type of street tacos he likes with the spicy salsa. Warning, the spicy salsa is hot but my husband loves it. If you can get one of their specials, do it, you won't be dissatisfied. I am always so happy when I can get the vegan brownies and my husband loved both the philly cheesesteak and chicken tortilla soup. I also love supporting local businesses and Farmacy does this as well with their sourcing of fresh local food.
