I ordered a tub of Affirm relaxer and a conditioner from House of Beauty World on 4/21/2020 and never received it. I requested a refund from them, sent a complaint to the BBB, and decided to purchase from somewhere else. I found through a Google search that Paynes Beauty Supply had the Affirm relaxer in stock, so I purchased it on 5/8/2020 and received it on 5/13/2020 in perfect condition. Even though I paid for priority shipping, I did not expect my order to be processed so quickly! I even received a tracking number the next day which was a Saturday! I couldn't be happier with my experience! Edited to add the date I received my order.

PRICE GOUGING ONLINE. I had recently bought this type of hair at a local store in the past. And began to put it in my daughter's hair last night I then realized it was not enough hair. Because of the virus going around I thought the beauty supply store was closed so I decided to order online. There was not a lot of online stores that sold the hair that I need it.I thought the price was kind of high but I couldn't remember how much I spent at the local store because it was some time ago when I purchase the hair. So I ordered two packs with shipping it came to a total of over $40. The next day I was informed by a friend that a beauty supply store was open so I went to purchase the hair I need it for my daughter and I was going to keep the hair I ordered as well. When I got to the local store I realized that I have been charged buy this online store $10 more per pack. Store price 6.99 online 17.00. I then went online to check the status of my order and there was no order status saying that it had been shipped so I called the landline to have my order cancelled I then went online to check the status of my order and there was no order status saying that it had been shipped so I called the landline to have my order cancel I was told that they were call they I would call the warehouse to see if it had been shipped and call or email me to let me know. Of course they emailed me back and said it had been shipped even though the order status says it had not been. Never again will I shop online from this beauty supply store.
