Norcross Station

I least my apartment which was on the backside of the buildings near the train tracks which was a huge concern. I was falsely assured that the train ONLY runs twice a day which was a lie. I was told another lie about the noise and how the train was only allowed to run at 10-15 MPH which would minimize the noise, that was a lie. When I asked to move to another apartment that was located on the fro side away from the train tracks I was asked to switch to another apartment that was someone else had that was also moving out because of the noise issue. On top of this breach of agreement, I asked for my deposit back which was stolen but Webbie the office manager she told me I didnt have one since no one who viewed the apartment wanted to sign a lease on it because of the forever concern. In addition to my deposit being stolen, I was forced to be an additional fee. This was the worse experience Ive ever encountered as a travel health care professional!!!! Please beware !!!!!

I love living in this apartment building. Webbie is the absolute best-- she is the most positive, helpful, and responsible property manager I have ever met. The maintenance folks are extremely prompt with assistance; we have had several issues that would have taken up to a week in other places that were dealt with on the same day. I love that this complex is pet friendly, and there are tons of amenities for pet owners. The only downside really is that it is so close to the pavilion that many times you get the music from the venues as a secondary concert in the parking lot area. I'm sure there are people who would really enjoy this, though.

The apartments are lovely, the location convenient, the landlady kind and responsive, and the maintenance staff helpful.

Great location, spacious apartments, staff is very friendly. I lived in Charlottesville for 9 years and this was by far the best place I'd lived - would have stayed if I'd stayed in Charlottesville for sure.
