    We have been using Krystal for family pictures since our second was born in 2016 - she did his newborn photos. My kids are generally pretty shy (and when they were younger - terrible two-ish!) and she works with their personalities, doesn't overwhelm them or get frustrated, and gets great pictures! We will continue to use her for family pictures into the stubborn teenage years!! She also makes it super easy in terms of getting the pictures which we really like - all digital. Highly recommend!

    Absolutely fantastic. We’ve been using her since our first daughter was born in 2017. She’s so great with newborns! She always remembers us when we come back for Christmas photos each year and is just so kind and bubbly. It’s a bit of a drive for us to get to her but so worth it. It’s nice to find someone not only talented but also reliable and genuinely pleasant to work with.

    Do not waste your time in Sweet Pea Studios. I had a bad feeling when I booked since all their reviews were very old (yrs old), I should have listened to my gut. This has been the most difficult business that I have had to deal with during such a difficult time (postpartum and medical conditions). It has been blatantly obvious that she has no good faith effort in doing business with us and to the point its just unethical and unprofessional. I have tried really hard to work with Krystal Culpepper and gone above and beyond because $400 is a lot of money for us and it’s just not fair.She is either too busy or doesn't care because she have already been paid 65% of total amount. Krystal has shown zero professionalism, been unreliable and has shown a lack of good faith effort in your business practices. Krystal purposely taking advantage of situation and acting maliciously since she got mostly paid already.Krytal emailed me that we have breached contract for not paying 3 days in advance of session date is ridiculous business sense. She wanted us to blindly pay her when we received zero communications.1. I booked our May 10 session on March 19th 2024 and heard NOTHING proactive from her since then. No follow up on needs, preferences, types of pictures we wanted, locations, where to meet, confirm time, nothing. Only the automatic payment reminders that have always had the wrong due dates since starting to do business with you in July 2023.a. I had to follow up with Krystal on May 1st to confirm time since I never got final confirmation with accurate time.b. I again, followed up with Krystal on May 9 to confirm, location we should meet, what to bring, etc. No response.c. In all these exchanges, Krystal Culpepper didn’t even bother as a business courtesy, to remind payment was due AND be professional and finalize details. Krsytal Culpepper purposely waited until noon the day of our session day to cancel on us.I can go one, before this session, I had inquired about rescheduling session and after telling her that never mind, I will keep my original session because I sensed how difficult it was going to be... Krystal said she would accommodate to my time but ended up limiting 4 out of 7 days and blocking her calendar after I had pulled available dates from her calendar. Mind you, this was a family session that we had to settle because she wouldn't refund us our newborn session deposit.Or, how Krystal texted me the morning of our schedule newborn session date to cancel due to her medical reasons and were later told her return date was unknown but our newborn reservation fee of 50% was non-refundable. We had to mourn the fact that we were not going to be newborn pictures with our last baby as we could not afford to schedule another session despite the fact that SHE cancelled on us and were UNABLE to provide services. Instead, she "offered" us to reschedule our newborn session, how do you reschedule a newborn session when your baby is already three months old? Even though the contract said “newborn session reservation fee.” She said she offering to transfer to another type of session ??!?!?! After she breached the contract.She refuses to refund us our “newborn session reservation fee,” that she was unable to provide services and zero services have been provided--my baby is now 7.5 months old.

    I have been using Krystal since my daughter was born in 2016. She has always been patient with my daughter capturing all of her milestones and family photos. She is flexible with her days and times to schedule. I also love that she has themed mini session that she offers throughout the year. I highly recommend her!
