image Dr. Shayegan is the ABSOLUTE best! He treats our whole family and every experience we’ve had with him has made us feel special and taken care of. My husband was having an extreme although non emergent allergic reaction to something he ate. I called the office. Dr Shayegan called back personally very quickly after, walked us through what we could do to help him and give him to bring relief. He then called back a couple hours later even though it was evening to check on him. Dedicated and very considerate of his patients! Above and beyond! He’s also super kind and patient with the kids and baby.

image We will be forever grateful for Dr. Kim and the wonderful staff at Allergy Partners. My son was diagnosed with food allergies at a young age and we were told the best treatment was avoidance. I spent years learning as much as I could about his allergies. We had doctor after doctor tell us that challenges or OIT was not an option. Well I finally found our miracle worker. Dr.Kim sought out the best tests to understand the severity of food allergies and successful challenged multiple food allergies for my child either in one setting or through OIT and ALL ended with success. My teenager can now live a normal life and our family is able to live without the fear of accidental ingestion. It has been worth every single minute, trip, and expense. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving my son this opportunity!

image If you elect to take allergy shots from this provider and ask for help calculating your out-of-pocket expenses, do not waste your time here. If taking allergy shots is new to you, and you're looking for a provider where the doctor and the front staff are in sync, do not wast your time here. If you're looking for a provider that does not forget to alert you about taking OTC meds prior to the allergy shots, do not waste your time here. Bottom line, avoid this provider if you're looking for out-of-pocket expense estimates explained in a digestible manner instead of the front-staff asking/telling you "It's whatever the doctor ordered." A provider focused on customers would know to not talk in generalities and instead the front staff would work hand-in-hand with the doctor to be completely above board throughout the entire process.

image The office and doctors are great, however the billing department is questionable. I have had two appointments and both times I was sent a bill for a higher amount than my insurance stated I owed. The bill received after my first appointment was for around $200. I had already paid over $300 at the time of the appointment and according to my insurance I didn't owe anything else. I talked to the receptionist at my follow up appointment and she was confused that I had received a bill since her data showed I was paid in full. I received a second bill for the follow up appointment saying I owed $330, my insurance claim stated I owed $230. I called and spoke with a receptionist to confirm the amount and she gave me the same total as my insurance claim. The billing department attempted to overcharge me a total of $300, which is completely unacceptable.
