        SCAM ALERT!!!! Paid for a drop-in session and then the next day, was charged for a monthly membership. Management said I would receive a refund, but that never happened. Called three times over the course of three weeks, was promised a call back, but that never happened either. In the end, Coach Web refused to refund either charge, stating there was nothing he could do. The terms and conditions of the contract is FOREVER changing. Each time I was told/promised something different. It’s so unfortunate because the 360 technology is nice, but the business management is FRAUDULENT!!!

        Similar experience to recent post. Signed up for what I thought was a 3 month fixed membership and have called many times over the past 2 months to get them to stop charging me and have not received one call back from the Manager despite being told by the front desk he would call back. Completely unprofessional and unethical, in my opinion.
