Zero stars. NO payment
As the owner and opperator of Geibs Electric in Pennsylvania I would recommend you stay far away from this company. I was contracted to complete the Phoenix rehab facility in Gilbertsville pa. I worked though many project changes and delays with them to help keep them on schedule and completed the project with a final inspection on 4/16/21. I submitted invoice which was contracted for net 30. I have since been promised delayed ignored switched to different project managers and still have not recieved payment. I never got a deposit, a partial or the completion. I am owed over 13k for all the parts and labor and for a small business that is alot. I dont understand how you can hire people to complete work and then continue to ignore them. I have given them every benefit of the doubt only to continue to get no results. I hope this review protects someone else from going through the difficulties I have been through.

Dan and his team just finish up our new home in Loudoun County. Dan and his team faced a lot of challenges but Dan always had an answer. They all made our experience a great one. We will definitely give you a call for our next one. Thank you all.
