Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered online a well done, half vegetarian and half pepperoni and bacon, then I received a pizza whole meat, no cheese, cold pizza. Called the store and the guy put me on hold, the 2nd person asked me questions then put me on hold, then 3rd person picked up and the same questions, then waited again for him to find the order and then instead of trying to fix their mistake the guy calls me a liar. Bad management, awful customer service.

On Feb 23rd I went to the store to order chicken Parmesan papa bites. And you can see the hair in one of them. It was very disappointing. I wish you use some masks and bones and such to cover hair while preparing food. It is not hygienic.

We recently visited Papa John's to collect our takeout order and were overwhelmed with the kindness from the manager and entire team. Arriving earlier than our order, my youngest son wanted to watch the pizza making in action so we headed inside the store. Not only did the manager and team safely invite him 'behind the scenes' to watch the pizza magic in action, they let him make his own personal pizza. My son has not stopped talking about his incredible visit to Papa Johns. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for turning a simple pizza pick up into an unforgettable memory! Customers for life :)

Every time I order from here I have problems with the staff and the delivery people and management on top of that when I dont order I still have to deal with them because they block multiple parking spaces. Theyre rude and Management does nothing about it, also the service is terrible
