Sbrender Bhatia helped us find the perfect mattress for me and my partner. He didn't pressure to buy anything but made sure we tried various mattresses so we could get an idea of what suited our needs. The staff there was very kind and welcoming! He made our bed shopping experience stressfree! I highly recommend visiting this location. I would like to note that the BeautyRest brand isn't a great mattress for heavy couples and did not even last 2 years of use. My back feels a lot better after purchasing the tempurpedic firm mattress (it can get warm for some people like me) and I am sleeping well (my partner feels better after receiving our bed).

I recently moved to Centreville and was looking to buy a new mattress. I don't make reviews unless it's really important. Donna was the person who greeted me upon entering the store. She was a little rude but I let that slide because Mattress Firm is close to where I live and I figured buying a mattress would be an easy task. I told her I was going to browse a bit but she kept hounding me to hurry up and make a selection. I hadn't even been in the store 5 minutes and no other customers were there.
I asked if there were any sales and she started to get irate and wanting to know why I was being so cheap. I was actually in shock, maybe she was having a bad day? She walked away mid sentence while muttering something under her breath. That stunned me. I've never been treated so poorly. Maybe it was because I was wearing a mask? I don't know. I didn't say anything after that. Just walked to leave when she yelled, "You people never learn!".
It's sad that these kinds of interactions happen in 2023. Hopefully Donna changes her ways.
