    I have nothing but great things to say, this dentist fixed my crown that had broken off with the tooth. He was wonderful. No one else could fix it or even would. The staff has always been wonderful. Very nice and professional.

    The staff was very rude and abrupt, anything that didn't go as planned was "MY" faught and they were very quick to to point that out on my 1st visit, they also had me waiting over 30 minutes to be seen, although no one else was in the very tiny office, they had just opened the doors from lunch at 1 pm although they had scheduled my apt. at 1?? After the cleaning they advised I would need a 2nd visit for a filling I agreed and was advised I would need to contact my old dentist to get my X-rays. I agreed, made the apt and when I showed up for the 2nd visit I was informed they could not do the filling without the X-rays in hand? I then told them I had contacted the other office and they would be sending them over, then Adam Plaster very bluntly told me without an X-ray I could not have a filling, although he was excited that he could do an additional film, although my insurance would not cover additional films at this time. When I asked what I should do since I could not afford to pay additional for something that was not advised to me I "HAD TO HAVE" before this visit he rudely told me I would need to cancel this apt and pay $25 for the cancelation (althought it was not explained to me that I would not be able to be seen with out the X-rays, and I was on time and ready for the apt) and he stormed out of the room into some other room to let his Hygienist deal with a very angry customer at this point...She did not apologize or show the least bit of concern of what just happened, just defended him when I said that I was sorry that I didnt make that kinda money to be throwing away for "canceled appointments" Nope his staff is very much just like him, rude, cold, and well he lost what coulda been a long term customer due to miscommunication and I guess "wanting to be right" sad very sad I WILL NOT return to this office and would strongly recommend that if your in this area to find a different dds.
