        I had bad experience dealing with my previous agent based in Salem. However, when I walked into this office today, I talked to Karen about my intention to switch agent and issue on additional premium due to late submission of support document. She was friendly and willing to help by taking a mile further to help me patiently and made sure the document uploaded this time. Based on my first impression, I would recommend this Allstate office as your local agent.
