Medical fraud¡!!! Their practices are unethical. They cheat you and the health care provider by tricking people to sign a document to pay the expenses regarding what the insurance say. Then they give you unauthorized “treatment”. I’m reporting them to the BBB. Theirs a reason there are 11 horrible rating on this doctor. Someone has to sue him for medical fraud
