Berryville Medical Associates, PLC Care Clinic

We are new to Berryville. So far, this office consistently answers the phone when I call and is very accommodating. They are flexible with scheduling (I have 4 kids and wanted them all seen on the same day), they have been happy to assist and went above and beyond to try and make our appointment happen. They were professional and friendly. They also called me with any outstanding questions, and if I didn't return their call, they would call me again to follow up.

never got back to me, had to call back continuously to get any response. after being seen, they just didnt call my prescription into the pharmacy and am having to sit with an infection untreated, waiting to get back in contact with them.

They never get back to you, the billing staff at the main office on Church St. is incredibly rude. Doctors are alright, but the front staff needs to be trained or replaced, something, (or someone), is not working here.

I wish i could give this practice 0 or negative stars. I had blood drawn and glucose was at 150 at 4pm after not eating the whole day. They called me to tell me that my blood tests were normal and when I asked about my blood glucose level they sounded surprised and said there is nothing else they can do. I tried to make a follow-up appointment and it was a complete headache. Kept getting bounced back and forth from receptionist to nurse and each time I called I left a voicemail. Worst practice ever. Avoid this practice at all costs if you value your health at all.

Unresponsive, and when my new health insurance called to confirm Im up to date with my blood pressure treatment they told the provider that Im not following their treatment plan! Im taking the medication they prescribed!! I will never go to this place again. Dont waste your time!
