A&M Septic Service, Mike, Sharron and the Team are awesome! They have saved my family on several occasions! Once a French Drain line was clogged and was flooding the basement! They came out in the rain and had it fixed in no time! Recently they did a septic repair in order to get our Real Estate Deal to closing! We were even able to close early with the Septic job being a lot more work than initially anticipating. They pulled it off in the heat and the buyer is so grateful! Don't expect the company to get back to you quickly if at all. When you do speak to them they can be extremely rude. We are having some insane settlement around the holes they dug, so bad that I was afraid there might be a problem. They refused to send anyone out to double check, stating that their proposal clearly states there may be settlement for several months. What they should write is, "we will make very little effort to refill the holes we dig and you are responsible for filling in voids that may be several feet deep". The crew that came out barely explained anything to us and would leave at the end of without letting us know if they were coming back. What they did leave was trash, water bottles and soda bottles on our kids outdoor furniture and by our garage. When the holes were originally dug, they did not bring anything to cover them. We had to provide the plywood (from other projects) and the temporary fencing. The picture of the shovel with dirt is from an area where no hole was dug, and I had not yet hit the original grass layer. They spread a thick layer of dirt across much of the yard, dirt, which if placed and packed back over the holes would seriously reduce the amount of settling. We were trying to move dirt to where we could already see the ground settling. The picture with the white outlines roughly indicates where the ground was dug up versus where the dirt ended up. I requested an inspection, the lady on the phone was rude and demanded we send an email. I sent the email and she never responded. So my contingency is going to expire because she did not follow thru.

From setting up the appointment with Sharon Wehrle to getting the guys out here to empty my septic the service was exceptional. The guys showed up on time, were very friendly, and also performed the job as expected. Sharon is so knowledgeable and gave me great tips on how to maintain my septic safe! I so appreciate the extra details and time. Thanks for such a great service and great team work! I highly recommend this company and service.
