Felicia McBride and her nurse Melissa are somewhat of a dynamic duo. By far the best PCP team I have had the pleasure of knowing. They are always there for my children, as all 3 of them are seen by Dr. McBride. Melissa is very friendly, and dependable. They are consistent and informative. As long as both of them are practicing, I will continue to go there.

This place is awful. I had a new patient appointment last month I never received a text message, email or phone call saying my doctor was out sick. I called them multiple times a day for a week before my appointment and the phone was never answered nor was my calls returned. I took off work showed up for my appointment for them to tell me I had to reschedule and the next available appointment was a month away. The appointment the I rescheduled was for today at 6:00pm I show up at 5:45 to fill out my paperwork for the woman who was very rude to tell me they had my appointment down at 5:00 and their was nothing she could do for me.
