When we moved into our house there was a satellite dish on the roof. We were fearful of removing it ourselves due to possible roof damage so we called J. King DeShazo Roofing. The gentlemen that came out were friendly and thorough in their removal and roof repair. They even took the satellite with them to dispose of, that was great because we thought we would have to take it to the dump. Great customer service.

I have known Joe since 1973 when we were both young contractors. Deshazo Roofing has NEVER disappointed me. If you are looking for a roofer with attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism you cannot beat them. They have been my roofer of choice for both residential and commercial work. When we started losing shingles we knew it was time to replace the roof. We got several estimates and in the end decided on DeShazo roofing. They werent the cheapest but they werent much higher than the other guys. They used quality materials and had excellent customer service. Jamie was the guy who took care of us and he was pleasant, proactive, and communicative. The work was done as expected and on time and the yard was spotless when they were done. I would recommend DeShazo any time! And no they didnt pay me to write this.

I requested and received estimates from 10 different roofing companies before deciding to go with DeShazo for a whole roof replacement on my 20+ year old home. Jamie stood out as the most responsive and professional.
He was almost too responsive, actually! He was the first to show up to estimate the job, and the next day, i wanted to include something else. Before I said what it was, he had it on his mind to ask me. This told me that he thinks about and cares about each customer and their unique needs.
I took him up on his offer to "call with any questions " when I saw some other estimates coming back with quotes that included ventilation and his did not. He took time to explain that i already had adequate ventilation and even referred me to the impartial GAF (who certifies roofers) customer service so that i wasn't taking his word for it.
The job itself went smoothly as well. Good communication throughout, especially since we dealt with a weather-related delay. I couldn't be more pleased with the result and the entire process, including the thorough clean up.
