      image Have been in our house for 23 years and knew our roof was aging. Didnt have noticeable issue other than some missing shingles after a storm. Asked for an inspection and quote and was glad we did. Learned a lot about roofing the options and quality or lack of quality in todays market. Received good pricing from Erie and their certified sub knocked it out in 12 hrs. They were professional and very skilled. Constructed the roof exactly as promised. They ended ip replacing 12 sub boards due to water damage. Glad we didnt wait any longer! Pricing was reasonable and the warranty is fantastic.
