C & W And Hanover Septic Tank Service

I called on Monday 8/22/22, for septic service at one of my rental houses in Ashland. The lady that answered the phone and that I spoke with was very polite, professional, and helpful. In fact, she determined that my property was on sewer and called me back to provide that information and suggest my next steps. She did not have to do that since the property was not on septic and I didnt need their services. I am surprised and grateful for her diligence and care really appreciate the great customer service, even though it turned out that I did not need their services. C & W Hanover Septic is clearly a cut above and well- deserving of the high ratings and great customer testimonials. Thank you for helping me; if I ever need septic services, you will always be my first choice.

We realized this morning that the pump to the drain field was not working and the septic tank was full of water. We called C and W and spoke with a lady who was very professional and realized that our need was urgent. Within less than an hour Ben arrived to pump the tank . Not only was he friendly but knowledgeable and personable too. He notified the technicians that they need to come investigate the pump issues. Bill and Cole arrived on the scene within 20 minutes after Ben left. They too were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They fixed the problem ( wiring issues , replaced the float , and relocated the electrical inside the septic ) where it should have been to start with. They also screwed the lid down to the tank , something that had never been done before. I could not have been happier with the service, integrity and quality of the work they did Take my advice and hire them for all of your septic needs. You wont regret it. Thanks again Joe! Our site was at the far edge of C&WHS's service area (perhaps beyond), but they agreed to take on our install project. Professional & efficient from the word go. I asked a ton of questions and the install team answered them without hesitation. I would (and plan to ask to) work with them again.
