I received a quick response from the office and the technician David Palmer was at my house within the hour. David was very thorough and took the time to explain the process. I will use them again.

I have been with this company over 10 years. They have been a wonderful company until recently. I submitted a payment through my bank online for 6/22/2021. They still haven’t received the check. Today, 7/21/2021, I called for a re-service 2 times so far and no return call. Next time I call for this re-service, I will ask for a manager and they will be losing a long time customer. I am very disappointed in what this company is now. Services: Termite inspection, Ants, Termites

They have no follow through

Made an appointment a month ago for July 8. My tech was supposed to be Debbie. I received an automated call on July 7 confirming my appointment. I took the day off so I could be home and no one called or showed up. I called the office and was told my appointment was on July 9. They moved my appointment and never called me to let me know. I spoke to Tamara and I asked her if I could speak to a manager and she let me know that the manager was busy with someone else and would call me tomorrow. I’m a first time customer and this is a terrible way to start business. I would never refer them to anyone. My suggestion would be call a different company! I waited a MONTH for a no call no show!
