A great community. The office staff are quick and responsive. I had the pleasure of speaking with Randall who was able to address all of my concerns in a timely fashion. The customer service was a five star experience.

Edit: Problem(s) fixed approx. 8/28/2021 Have put in 2 maintenance requests for our front door that leaks heavily into our apartment whenever it rains. The door leaks from the top right corner, both bottom corners, and even from the door knob junction. Both maintenance requests were submitted and acknowledged August 13, 2021. We're at August 17th now, with rain still coming in and not a peep from anyone employed by this place about the status of any kind of work being done about it. It's clear at this point in our lease, which is unfortunately only 1.5 months in, that this place had/has habitual drainage issues as well as roof leaks. It's also clear they want to "fix" everything the cheapest way possible. After finding out our door leaks we noticed signs of it being a previous issue. They rented this apartment knowing that the front door may or may not be functional to the elements. These things don't just pop up over night. Maintenance Is cordial but clearly understaffed and underfunded. We were given a literal bucket to set under a possible roof leak "until it could be fixed." Maybe they'll see this review and get it fixed? Or maybe it'll just be a fair warning to prospective renters. If you view any units, make sure the one you're signing for is on high ground and look at the ceilings for previous leaks.

This place is only for stuck up rich people. If you try with low income, even with a voucher, the affordable option suddenly isn't available anymore.
