We had water leakage from our AC unit in our basement. Uniteds team came out immediately and began the mitigation process. They fixed the issue and were very professional while they worked to dry the affected areas with their equipment. They also handled our repairs after mitigation. All repairs were completed in a timely fashion and done professionally. We recommend United Water Restoration for both water damage and post mitigation repair work. While no homeowner ever puts a water damage remediation project on their wish list of home improvement projects, from start to finish the whole team at United Water Restoration Group of Sterling were great to work with. They understand that these types of projects can create a tremendous amount of stress on homeowners and their families, and they went out of their way to demonstrate their competence and provide great service. We had water overflow from or main level bathroom down to our lower level bathroom/foyer right before the weekend. They had someone come out right away to assess the damages and also had a point of contact to talk to us over the weekend to provide information of the process and answer any questions we had which really helped us make the best of our situation.
