She truly simplified the complex home buying experience and process. In a market dominated by giving up contingencies, Kathy professionally advised us but never pressured us. In fact, we went against her initial recommendation of excluding the home inspection contingency and she fully supported us and helped guide us through how to balance our offer while maintaining it. During the closing process, she was always available and helped answer questions we struggled with when dealing with the process. Awesome service! Kathy is the best realtor in VA .Her professionalism made our home selling journey so easy. Since we live out of state she and her husband always made sure to check our house daily and always kept us up to date! Working with kathy and her team was really rewarding. It was our first time selling a property and quickly realized how much of an overwhelming experience this is. Kathy helped us a lot with her expertise and guidance. She is extremely knowledgeable and super professional when it comes to work. She and her team went above and beyond to make this transaction of ours a seamless one.
