Poor quality service.
I took my car in to have a full detail for $300.00, but it is obvious that all they did was a car wash. The car was supposed to be waxed but I found that the fine scratches were still on the car and dusty as if it wasnt washed. They did not apply a drop of wax on the car, and certainly did not buff out the trim. I was so disappointed to see trash under the passenger seat, and a piece of gum wrapper under the driver seat from the prior week. Dust and small particles was evidence that the seats were not vacuumed or cleaned. To make matters worse, the lady at the front desk had an excuse for everything I pointed out to her. Took the car to Flagship (Latino guys) for a full detail, and I swear they waxed and buffed the entire car including the trim. They cleaned the carpets and conditioned the seats for $185.00. The car looks like I just took it off the dealers lot. I will never take my car or a trash can to Automotive Quality Solutions. I will be posting this on every review I can find on the internet.

I deeply regret choosing this place to install XPEL my car a couple years ago. I chose them because they were very nice up front and had good reviews, but I recently called with a couple concerns and their tone was very disappointing. One of the issues was wavy edges on the side view mirrors, which I noticed within the first few months of the install but life got too busy to address (pics from 2021 and 2023 attached). When I asked about the warranty they hedged on account of me not bringing it in earlier and said theyd have to take a look to determine whether itd be covered. I didnt feel it was reasonable to take off work in the middle of the week and drive all the way to Ashburn for the off-chance that they MIGHT do the right thing, so I just fixed it myself. The cost of replacing the tiny amount of film on the mirrors was negligible compared the $1400 I originally paid for the work, so I think a reputable business would have asked for a photo to confirm the problem and promptly scheduled a fix under warranty. Instead, they never apologized that the film install was not meeting expectations and seemed more interested in laying the groundwork to deflect blame.
Secondly, I was unhappy with the film line across my hood and asked if they'd offer me a discount to upgrade to full hood coverage and they fed me a line about the rising cost of film, which isnt really an honest excuse considering labor remains the driving cost of any install. The shop certainly isnt under any obligation to offer a discount, but the lack of concern that I wasn't a satisfied customer was off-putting. Honestly, they didn't seem like they were even interested in doing the job at full price.
As an aside, when researching XPEL pricing after the phone call I was surprised to discover that the shop was supposed to give me a warranty card with serial number when they originally installed my film. They only provided an invoice, which makes the whole experience feel even more questionable. I wish I would have chosen one of the other shops around and I sure hope my film is genuine.
