NALC Health Benefit Plan

Decided to try NALC's plan after having Blue Cross for 21 years. I just tried to use the insurance with a provider that does accept it but, it kept saying inactive. So I called the NALC number. The representative was rude. Then I was told that each time I use a provider, the provider will need to call them. Are you serious????? I HATE this insurance already!! Fortunately, I can pause my insurance through OPM which is what I'll do until next open season and I'll just use the VA and my tricare. Never again will I fool with NALC!!!

I would recommend Cigna to others, they have many good PPO Providers. My wife and I are very happy with our preferred doctors and appreciate that they are all with Cigna.

NALC Medicare advantage plan is a joke they promise to reduce your part B premium by $75.00 they did for 1 month then start collecting the entire premium without notifying me I found out when I got a letter from Social Security

Nobody is reviewing NALC's deceitful latest change to automatically move retirees to Medicare Part D under a SilverScripts plan? Could write a book on the promised dates of communication not even closely or ever met to date. Stay tuned retirees, it will not be good for you!
