A Country Flower Shop

Would not even give them one star - called from FL to order flowers for my daughters 50th birthday. Wanted a$100 arrangement as pictured on the website. Flowers were DOA - not the same flowers, droopy and just plain dead. Called them and asked for a replacement- no problem except no replacement ever arrived which they vehemently denied. My daughter received flowers all day but none from us. Now before they will issue a credit they want the original flowers back (now in the trash since they are dead). If they delivered a replacement wouldnt they want those back? And yes they will get their flowers back - direct from my daughters trash. Bad service, bad flowers, bad business.

I needed two last-minute bouquets for some volunteers to hand out and they did an incredible job. From ordering over the phone Friday to the delivery Saturday in the morning, everything was excellent. The flowers were beautiful, and I really appreciated that they worked within my budget. I'll definitely order here again.

Not recommended, ordered flowers for a local Ashburn teacher, important anniversary, was told they would definitely arrive by noon, was told a picture of arrangement would be sent, didn't arrive until after school was dismissed, no pic sent, representative was called and given opportunity to make it right, his solution was a discount on next order, What next order? With limited options in the Ashburn area my suggestions is pick up your own flowers and give them to your important person, do not patronize this establishment. By the way $100 for a dozen yellow roses---those are Valentines Day prices, he cannot corner the market if you do not give him the business.

If you are purchasing flowers from this place you are basically flipping a coin on whether or not they will show up at all or the flowers you requested.

I ordered flowers for a Saturday delivery before Mothers Day. They didnt arrive. Tried to contact firm and couldnt even leave a message. I had to text them. The response back said they would look into it as soon as possible- which now seems like it will be Monday after Mothers Day. Im asking for a refund. I didnt hear from them on Monday and they didnt answer their phone. I did text them (again). Ultimately called Flowershop Network- their internet vendor and got a refund from them. Would not recommend.
