This company is a joke. We scheduled an in-home appointment and they cancelled several days before the appointment stating that it was now too far for them. I asked what their threshold for distance was and they couldn't give me an answer. Then I said, well how about Phoenix instead of DC as we have family there and maybe we could get the car seat cleaned out there. That question was met with, oh we don't even operate in Phoenix anymore. Maybe update your website then. Doesn't seem complicated to have a distance radius that you are willing to travel to and list what cities you operate in...

I decided to try Tot Squad DC after receiving a discount coupon through a Facebook promotion. I booked an online appointment through their website on Sunday for the upcoming Tuesday at a convenient location just 8 minutes from my home in Centreville. The process was so easy! The staff person was so nice and professional. I booked the 30 minute cleaning for 2 car seats that my 4 year-old and 2 year-old have used and abused. Let me say that she did a superb job getting the car seats clean! It was a world of difference. Plus they reinstalled the seats too. I'll definitely be using Tot Squad again!
