        I needed to print off a two page form, sign it, and scan it back to my email. They charge 25 cents per page to print (totally reasonable) but with a $2 minimum. Then they charge $3 just to scan two pages and email it to you. Plus it's on a separate system so you can't put it towards the $2 minimum. So I ended up having to spend $5 just to print two pages and scan them. A total rip off and cheap way to nickel and dime you.

        One 2 occasions now in the span of a few months, I have returned items via drop-off from this location, and they have been lost in transit. I'm not sure if it's necessarily this location's fault, but that should never happen, especially in that frequency.
