Really enjoyed my time living at one of their apartments in River Place, great location. The rental agents and leasing office were very helpful (especially during Covid), did their best to be accommodating, always responded promptly to requests, and their apartment selection is quite varied. If you're looking for a place in Arlington, VA, I would definitely recommend checking out their apartment listings!

Kelly is a the person to go to for securing good deals. Landmark provides very affordable studios for individuals (or students with no access to university dormitories) who just begin their career in the DC area. I am always satisfied with the price and studio choices Landmark offers.

I applied for an apartment in Landmark Realty Group. At the day of filling application, I gave them 4 checks written for : application fee, first month rent, last month rent, and cleaning fee. This was only to be able to sign the lease remotely without the need of going in person again in case I decide to finalize the unit, and the two people I talked to that day also confirmed that they will only and only cash my checks once I sign the lease. They approved my application, but while I have been trying to see if I can find a dishwasher for the unit and other arrangement as to see if the unit worth it, I understood they have brought all of my 4 checks to bank to cash them while I have no signed lease and nothing is finalized between me and them. They were only allowed to cash an application fee check and no other checks. Such an illegal act was a huge red flag to me and made me change my mind about renting that apartment. I promptly contacted the two people and told them to stop depositing my checks as such act is not legal, but nothing happened. Therefore, I had to pay near 100$ for stopping payment on my checks that would otherwise be bounced and ruin my credit. Although they are now responsible to compensate their illegal act and pay the stop payment fees to me, each time I contact them, they provide pretext as to say I shouldnt have stopped the payments.They treat me very rudely and do not take the responsibility of their illegal act. I definitely do not recommend these rental agents as they are very unprofessional, and I advise everyone to be very very careful in giving them any kind of money or checks. They are not reliable at all and will abuse your money/check. Avoid them at any cost.

I love NorthRiverPlace building. I have been living there for 6 years. I really appreciate to Mrs.Kelly who helped to find right apt. Therefore, this building is very peaceful and receptionists are very kind, responsible, and make us be comfortable. Thank you guys
