MMA and Sports Rehab

I could not be happier with the care I received at MMA and Sports Rehab. Dr. Ujjwal, and his student who worked with me Josh, were always attentive, professional and knowledgeable. I came to them with a constellation of interrelated jaw and back issue that have been affecting me for a year and within my first few visits I was already noticing improvement. After working with them for a few months my issues are now almost entirely gone.

Dr. Ujjwal Shakya is an amazing physical therapist. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and polite. I have rare chronic spinal conditions, and he has been able to help me significantly manage my pain. He is also one of the few thoracic certified dry needling therapists in the area. My thoracic burning pain has been significantly decreased since I started seeing him. He also refrains from over treating. His credentials say it all - I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who wants to find a holistic approach to pain management. His office staff and interns are very professional and friendly as well.

Simply the best. I hadnt been able to use my left shoulder for several years. After just a few sessions I was doing a plank and after 6 weeks Ive gotten full use of my shoulder again. Caring, skillful and cheerfuljust the perfect combination.

Im so grateful for the exceptional team over at MSR. Ive had back issues for years but had a really bad flare up the week before my first Muay Thai competition. They were able to squeeze me in to their busy schedules multiple times that week. From their expert care and the regiment they put me on, my back was recovered enough that I could still compete. All the doctors are incredibly kind and encouraging. I would definitely recommend MSR to anyone needing PT/sports rehab in the area!

I had a great experience at MMA and Sports Rehab! I had vertigo for almost 2 months with no improvement and no end in sight. In just one session with Dr. Ujjwal, I saw a huge improvement in my symptoms. My dizziness was completely gone when I left the clinic. I can move around and trust that I won't get hurt anymore due to my dizziness. I'm so glad to have my independence back!
