Dr. Caskie has been my OBGYN since she started her practice in D.C. in 1986, and I followed her to VA when she moved her practice there. I value her medical judgment and personal manner so much that I frequently have considered her my primary care doctor as well as my OBGYN. Her excellent medical care has led me to trust her completely, and I‘ve grown very fond of her personally. I’ve never even considered seeing another OBGYN because, in my opinion, Dr. Caskie is the best. DJB 2020.

Four stars is for the practice, which is businesslike and rushed. But, considering my experience with Dr. Caskie which began several years ago, I find her to be very warm, even in a rushed environment, which is typical of the business type practices which are the norm now. She listens, answers my questions and offers me good advice and options where possible. I can tell she is conscientious, and I have been pleased when she has referred me to other doctors when needed (e.g., breast issues). She was recommended by a long term and very trusted OBGYN who was retiring, and she has been a good recommendation. Many doctors can do a pap smear; so, my evaluation is based on Dr. Caskie's attentiveness and knowledge.

I love Dr. Caskie! She is always so sweet, and approachable. She explains the exam as she goes, letting you know what she is checking for. It's very fun to go into an exam room and be surrounded by Star Wars from posters, to knick knacks, to the stirrups being R2D2 plush toys! Makes a sometimes awkward experience into a fun and hilarious visit!
