Speed, quality, friendliness, and all for free! So happy we found the good people at UBreakIFix when my son dropped his Nintendo Switch. They saw us immediately, took 15 minutes to completey fix the problem and charged us nothing. Thank you Kevin and the team at UBreakIFix, we will be back!

Chelsie recovered my phone functioning and Gmail password so that my new phone, which replaced my old phone which died after only one day, would be usable for me. I had gotten the first new phone yesterday, and came here to get it set up and the staff did that and it worked wonderfully, but only for less than 24 hours. I got a new replacement phone, but have a deadline of needing to have a phone for my work for tomorrow. I came this afternoon with the second new phone but no reservation and Chelsie took a great amount of time to set it up for me so that I would have a working phone for my job tomorrow. Since I am over 75 years old, dealing with technology is difficult and so I really extremely appreciate her wonderful assistance!! Donna Joy
