While it is much easier to criticize everything and everyone, I'll have to say that everyone needs to not be nit-picky on everything. After reading some of the past reviews regarding Belmont, I can see where someone might question their products and services. However, I have nothing but kudos for the company. Individual service today is as rare as finding a dodo bird. There are very few independents left in, not only in television retail, but any other type of commodity. The big box stores are buying in such volume that it has all but put out most of the smaller dealers. I have nothing but good things to say about Belmont. Jeff came to my home and measured distance; I told him what type of system that I required and gave me many options. I visited Belmont and took my time peppering Jeff with questions. He was more than happy to answer all of them without any hem-hawing around with answers. Bottom line is that I got the system that I wanted and am 100% pleased. The installation experience, with Doug and Tony at the helm, went quickly. They were quick, but thorough with the installation, and ensured that everything worked before leaving. They gave me a quick tutorial on each component. They have worked at Belmont for a long time and that certainly beats the turnover rate at the big box stores. The majority of the time you get what you pay for. If you want an installer who may have had six jobs in one year, I suggest you go the big box route. Nothing but good things to say on my end. Glad that I went that route instead of making a mistake.
