Used to come here every week for a flower for my girlfriend then had to move suddenly. She's a hard worker and a great person, but I hope the growth in Rosslyn doesn't push her out of the space.

I walked in to purchase 3 vases of spring flowers for my office mates' desks. I was told they were too busy to help me. I will never go there again.

The lady who works here is very abrasive, not helpful, and has a horrible attitude. I went in on my lunch break to find a simple bouquet for my co-worker who recently got promoted, and she acted like we were disrupting her day. When I asked for a bag to hide them from my co-worker, she seemed insulted and rudely said "you don't put flowers in bags" -- and then proceeded to pick a random price out of thin air to charge me. When I picked up the flowers to leave, she literally screamed that the lilies would die if I squeezed them; I was holding them by the stems. Needless to say, I will not be going back here -- there is a Safeway up the street that has a beautiful variety of flowers as well!

I called and asked for a flower delivery right down the street from them within the next hour or so - not only did they deliver on time, but they really went above and beyond and the bouquet was absolutely phenomenal! Highly highly recommended, I will definitely make them my go to florist in the future!
