Merrill Contracting & Remodeling, Inc.

Working with an architect, we hired Merrill to add on a master suite that fit the style of the house and used the space in the most efficient way possible. We had been attracted to Merrill after seeing their work on another house and were impressed by the attention to detail and the overall quality. They did not disappoint us: the addition felt as if it belonged from the very first day, and all the details were right both inside and out. The workers were not only pleasant to have around but careful about their work and cleaning up at the end of the day. And we met once a week with the project foreman in order to get a briefing on where progress stood and hear any concerns. In short, not only did we get exactly what we wanted, but it got not have happened any more smoothly. We were also pleased that Merrill worked so well with our architect; the latter had in fact suggested Merrill as a company to work with, which aligned with what we already had determined.

Extremely positive experience with Merrill Contracting. The team led by Rick and Luca were very professional and really represented Merrill Contracting well. I am very happy with the quality of the work that was done as well as the way that they treated the worksite. In terms of the the overall job, I am very pleased. They started promptly each workday and there was work going on throughout the day. Thanks for that. If I go forward with another project of that scale or bigger, I'll be knocking on Merrill's door first. Kevin Hayes
