Took them almost 5 months to fix my car. They took like 3 weeks of vacations in between and had a waiting time of around a month. Didnt tell me any of this until my car had been there for two months. They replaced the entire front bumper and hood of the car, and side panels. The car sounds like its grasping the doors against the panels. Fog lights arent working and they didnt even knew how to properly use and treat my car since they have little experience with electric vehicles. I am supposed to have life warranty with the body work, I am never taking my car there ever again

Felix consistently kept me well-informed about the status of my car's repairs, ensuring I was always in the loop. Love this place! Everyone here is so kind, and the team was very communicative and reached out to me frequently with updates. Lee specifically helped me out and he really took care of my car from start to finish. Very professional!!!
