Had my septic supposedly pumped in Feb. of this year by a different company who said they pumped 1000 gallons. Was having an issue and went out to check the tank inspection port and noticed that it was full again . I thought this was strange so this time I contacted Taylors who sent out Tim and Jason who did a fantastic job. I explained that the previous company had attempted to pump through the inspection port. Jason & Tim explained that the proper way is to dig and remove lid which they did and I can tell you it was a night and day difference. If you have septic problems don't waste your time calling anyone else! There is a reason why Taylor's is #1 in the #2 business.

We call this company for septic backup they came out next morning took care of problem the guys were so kind and professional Adam explained everything about septic zI highly recommend this company

On yesterday 6/9/21 Taylor came out to empty our septic tank. They removed my decorations and did not put back. They broke 2 solar lights and 1 of my flowers. They didn't clean up after themselves. I called and explained what happened they DID NOT take ownership to the damage. And was really rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend Taylor Septic Service: Drain cleaning
