I was very pleased with the service provided by Bob and his staff. He took over my mother's case from prior ineffective counsel. Bob and his staff were very thorough and as a result the case was settled to my satisfaction. I would strongly recommend Bob to anyone who has had a family member damaged by the negligence of a nursing home, assisted living facility, etc.

When the time came for me to give a rating I literally allowed my mind to run in all sorts of ways. to the point that I got speechless and at times found myself to be very emotional. to what is that I want to say about Mr.Carter and his team. Please allow me to say and to express my Gratitude. I’m sorry to god for what my mother experienced while in the care of an nursing Home facility. Because I’m the one who practically begged for her to be transferred to an local nursing facility not because of poor care from the previous facility. but to be closer to me since she was approximately two hours away. Once in the local facility the care that was given to my mother was not pleasant especially for someone Who was total Care as my mother was. Sometimes when you have to reach out for legal Help no one wants to really go through this.Because looking for legal assistance is just as much work as to whom to trust to represent and I mean truly being there for your love one. Without taking the client for granted. I have excellent news for you!
