I have been a customer for 3 years and I renew my contract with World Bank Card Services. Even when I call their customer support they visit my store immediately , their rates are very competitive also I would like to work with them forever.

Ive used this company over 10 years .
Because when I tried to cancel the service they always said we have a contract.
Every 3 years they automatically renew your contract.
After when I cancel the service they are still charging me $30 a month .
I like to give them 0 star .

I have a short list of why you should stay away from this company. They take advantage of small business owners who don't know how to speak english. My parents are small business owners who were impacted negatively by this.
- Terrible customer service, never stops by the store to make sure ATM equipment is functioning or check for maintenance
- Very expensive compared to alternatives like square
- Must let them know 3 months in advance to cancel
- Don't respond to customer calls and requests until you spam them with multiple calls a day
Their customer service is also very unprofessional. They are continuously charging our business a monthly maintenance fee even though we have ended our contract FIVE months ago. I contacted their customer service multiple times and they kept telling me to keep waiting while they look into this further, even though it has been FIVE months. They refuse to give me updates and time frame on when they will finally stop charging us.
Update 10 months later: I've reposted this since Google Reviews seems to have taken down my original post. The customer service said they will contact us again to refund us but never did as of today. I had to call my bank to report them as fraudulent charge as it is the only way for us to stop being charged for their service.
