I recently visited this restaurant and was very disappointed with the service I received. My waitress had a terrible attitude from the moment I sat down. She was very curt and didn't seem interested in helping me navigate the menu. I had an issue with the side salad because it was asked to have the dressing on the side. When she asked if everything was okay she got defensive and wanted to argue about what was actually said. Her tone was condescending and dismissive, and she made me feel like I was a lower class citizen. Throughout the rest of the meal she continued to give me terrible customer service. She rarely checked on me and seemed to be avoiding me altogether. The food was relatively good but nothing to write home about. The Cesar salad was slimy and didnt seem fresh. The Cuban sandwich was much better compared to the salad but Neighbors Place has a better version of the sandwich. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The horrible customer service from our waitress completely ruined my meal and left me feeling frustrated and upset. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
