        Horrible customer service and don't follow Tmobile rules and regulations. Been with Tmobile for 21 years and this is the poorest I've ever been treated by anyone representing tmobile. Manager came out, was polite, respectful and very helpful. Was able to help us with what was needed. Thanks tk this manager I changed my review from 1 star to 5 star. Employees need training to be respectful to customers.

        Went in to this store to upgrade the two phones on my account. Staff took a look at my account and worked 3 hours to save money on my bill, as I had an old grandfathered Ntelos plan that was costing me over $230.00 a month for two lines of service. Jon, Jaden and the lovely young lady that also works there(I cannot remember her name) were extremely friendly and more than helpful. They really went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of and got exactly what we needed from Sprint in regards to service plan and cost. I wound up saving money on my bill every month as well as my upgraded phones as well as some new toys to boot. I cannot rave enough about the experience we had that Saturday. Will definitely be sending people to the Sprint store in Altavista, Va
