I found Easy Yoga & Cafe through a wonderful yoga instructor Beth. She does special yoga events, and she was doing a goat yoga session at Easy Yoga & Cafe. After my fun yoga session, I ordered a super green smoothie. It was delicious! I believe they have smoothie bowls too. The yoga studio and cafe were very inviting as well as the staff members. This was my first time here, and I was told new members can sign-up for unlimited sessions for 30 days for $30. I definitely will come back here for a yoga session, and to try a smoothie bowl!
I had to find street parking so just take that into consideration for your drive here.

Ease is a welcoming studio with educated and well prepared teachers. I took a class with the owner that met me where I was and provided some challenge. I highly recommend
