visited summer 2021 The flavors in the dishes are amazing. Everything was very tasty, but the meat was super tough and pretty much impossible to eat without a metal knife. I'm not sure if the meat was actually supposed to be eaten in the beef stew, or if it was just for flavoring, but it was just too tough to eat. Would go again (and maybe order something else). Also the guy at checkout was basically whispering, but had his phone on full volume listening to something, so I couldn't really hear anything he was saying.

This is perhaps the worst African restaurant I’ve been to. My entire order was either made wrong or tasted bad. The service is slow and terrible. Boiled eggs in palava sauce that’s tasted bitter, soggy white rice, diced tomatoes n lettuce in attieke?? Wow. Tuo looked like soggy rice, peanut butter soup not seasoned. Given tilapia instead of croaker. I WASTED $60 so you don’t have to.

First time trying this place. I ordered the tilapia with the waakye meal. The red gravy sauce was spoiled and had a horrible taste and smell. The tilapia was not well cooked all the way through. I’d rather take my money to the other west African restaurant on Van Dorn st. Much better quality.

The receptionist is very rude(the Muslim man). He needs training . he talks to people any how!
